Best fries locally! Price for ketchup and mayo, at 0.49 €, is much too expensive

If you focus on one dish, it should stand out. Instead, fries that were fried in old fat and were anything but crispy. Service unfriendly. Heroes look different

Good day, my son & I ordered 2x fries with ketchup today at around 2 p.m. and paid! We had to wait a while until the fries were ready. We were given a portion. When asked for the second portion, we were suddenly told that we hadn't ordered a second portion, let alone paid for it. 1.) What kind of business behavior is that? 2.) Have you lost a customer forever? 3.) I would think again about the business name. Best regards Tobias Römer

After waiting 25 minutes, the staff member told us that half of the food and drinks on offer were already empty ... I then decided on a portion of overpriced BBQ fries, which were gross. I paid 9 euros for french fries and something to drink! You can't eat chips more expensive and worse in Hamburg.

The fries are delicious, but: - The large portion is a slightly larger small portion - incompetent and unfriendly service - overpriced So for your visit there: speak loudly, clearly and very very detailed

Delicious, well-seasoned fries with varied toppings, something new and absolutely recommendable for a small snack in between!

Were there again for a long time .. simply the best fries in town! Again and again just simply class👍

It's great that the french fries heroes have reopened !! Couldn't wait to eat there again. My favorite: sweet potatoes with cheddar cheese topping !!

Not recommended at all. For 2.80 euros french fries you don't get enough french fries in my opinion. Should have bought fries at McDonald's. The portions were also very uneven. You pay an additional 50 cents for ketchup and mayo. The fries were not really salted and tasted very strange. I also found 6 euros outrageously expensive for fries with side dishes. It's a shame. Next time, I'd rather get them from McDonald's.

I bought the sweet potato fries today. 24 pieces (sometimes only 3 cm long) with a short tablespoon of sour cream. 3,49 € !!! These fries were freshly made, hot and crispy. However, the sour cream tastes of majo. Got so little for so much money: ((, but they were delicious. The nice lady from the sale was embarrassed the price itself !!! Maybe the owner is reading my review!

It was our first time there and had redeemed our profit of FB. The ladies were very friendly and our fries, even Italian (Bolognese, arugula u. Parmesan) and Pulled Chicken (meat according pulled way dollop of coleslaw and spring onions) were very tasty. half raw neither cold or! Something different than just fries with ketchup or mayo. And the portion was really very filling! We will be back :)

It used to be Fries van Holland and the food on offer was not really good. French fries heroes Here you get a portion of lukewarm fries with mayonnaise at completely overpriced prices. I paid 3.38 € for the big portion with mayonnaise. Price-performance ratio is not right here. You get less goods than before and have to pay more. Even the so-called hipster fries with avocado for a whole € 5.99 are not a hit in terms of taste. French fries were sometimes not cooked at all and the avocado hardly tasted anything. Clearly too much vinegar. The staff of French fries heroes were probably taken over by previous operators. But the staff is very nice despite the larger number of customers on the opening day. What has changed? In broad terms, nothing. French fries are still not always hot. The price has increased with fewer fries. But it is an advantage that you can get your fries in a bowl instead of in a bag. A clean affair for the customer.

You pay € 5.99 for rebranded, but for some reason half-raw, cold fries without salt. But on top of that you get very strong vinegar-tasting pamp and something green that is declared as avocado but has no flavor of its own. But you have more of the vinegar and the whole thing is cooled down by the topping even more than it already is. I now know that I won't eat hipster fries for 5.99 euros. Too bad, the previous shop did everything right :(

Rip off. The bums have become very expensive and the portions have also shrunk.

Was there yesterday and ordered Creamy Mushroom. Was super tasty and the people there are very friendly and accommodating.
